In this episode, we dive deep into the action-packed regionals and the performances of Virginia, Clemson, Virginia Tech, Florida State, and Duke. We celebrate Virginia's growth under Joanna Hardin and acknowledge the incredible foundation laid by Clemson's Seniors, highlighting their achievements and pride they should take with them.

As Florida State heads into the challenging Oklahoma super regional, we discuss the obstacles they've already overcome this season and wonder if this is Coach Lonni Alameda's best coaching performance to date.

Can Duke pull off an upset in CoMo? We give a shout-out to all the pitchers on Duke's staff and acknowledge the 'swag' they showcased this past weekend.

Lastly, we extend our congratulations to Coach Gumpf from Notre Dame on her retirement after an impressive 23-year tenure as the head coach of the Fighting Irish.
